Just being in the ring was always the most stressful part for Meghan. Her friends might get nervous before and after their courses, but watching them, they were always smiling and relaxed in the arena. Not so for her.
Anytime else, whether it was during practice or in front of a crowd of people, she was completely calm and collected. But as soon as she entered the ring, it was all over.
Silk, on the other hand, moved fluidly through the routine, listening politely to the stiff aids her rider gave. Her swift steps seemed to be whispering to Meghan, just relax... relax...
And maybe, just a little... she did.

Yay! Finally a picture in which Silk looks good! (At least I think.)
